Q: Does Mitruka ship internationally? A: Yes, Mitruka ships globally. However, for orders shipped outside of Canada, all customs duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Q: How do I give my measurements for custom-stitched sarees or lehengas? A: After you place an order for a custom item, our team will verify your measurements via email or phone before we begin stitching. This ensures the perfect fit. Please note: Shipping lead times do not start until this verification is complete.
Q: Can I cancel my Mitruka order? A: You can cancel your order only before it has been shipped. However, if you ordered custom stitching, the order cannot be cancelled once the fabric has been cut or tailoring has begun.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is Mitruka’s return policy for ethnic wear? A: We accept returns on unused and unworn items with tags intact within 7 days of delivery. You must contact Customer Support to initiate a return. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Q: Are custom-stitched items returnable? A: No. Custom-stitched items (such as tailored blouses, fall/pico on sarees, or altered lehengas) are Final Sale and cannot be returned as they are made specifically to your measurements.
