Shipping Terms & Conditions
The Customer has to specify clearly the address where the shipment should be delivered.
After creating an order, the Customer can change the shipping address only till the point when the product is actually shipped. In the event the Customer wishes to change the shipping address, they must contact the Mitruka customer support team before the shipping confirmation email has been received. Once the shipping confirmation mail has been sent to the Customer, no requests to change the shipping address will be entertained.
The Recipient accepting delivery should not accept deliveries where the box or packaging has been tampered with or if the box is empty.
The recipients receiving the delivery must open the package and check its contents prior to accepting the delivery or signing the delivery receipt.
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the courier company shall try and deliver the item (usually up to three attempts) before returning the same to Mitruka. All costs for re-shipment and handling in the case of non-delivery to the Customer shall be chargeable to the Customer.
Delivery guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions of the courier company. Any inconsistency in name or address will result in non-delivery of the product.
Shipping Policy
Shipping charges are shown in CAD. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.
Taxes & Duties
For Shipping Within Canada: All applicable sales taxes (GST/HST/PST) are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination. No customs duties are applicable for orders shipped within Canada.
For International Shipping (Outside Canada): All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Mitruka will not be responsible for any issues regarding customs duties. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.
Shipping Within Canada
We offer competitive shipping rates for all Canadian addresses.
After your product(s) has been successfully placed, booked, and packaged, it will be shipped within 24-48 working hours via Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx. The expected time frame for the delivery of the booked products to the shipping address is between 3-7 business days (depending on the province).
Order Processing & Measurement Verification (Custom Orders)
The lead time for shipping the product will be counted from the day the order gets processed.
Please note: For traditional wear requiring customization, our order processing team may verify garment measurements with the customer before shipping the order. Our customer support team may call you, or drop an email regarding the measurements for your confirmation.
Your order will not be shipped until we receive a reply from you or until the verification is completed. The shipping lead time will only start once the verification is completed.
Usage of Promo Code by the Company

Mitruka has the right to refuse the usage of any promo code at any point of time.

Promo codes which have expired cannot be used on the Website.

Mitruka can at any time ask the Customer for the proof of having received the promo code.

Promo codes can be used only on specific orders as deemed fit by Mitruka.

Promo codes, at Mitruka’s discretion, are applicable only on certain items, specific orders, or on specific dates and occasions.

Promo codes cannot be clubbed (combined) with any other special offer running on the site.

For offline payment modes, the promo code will be accepted only within the date of expiry of the promo code.

For a payment received after the expiry of the promo code, the discount will not be applicable on that order.
